Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Roomloops service, including our website, mobile-web interfaces, APIs, and any related tools (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Tomorrow Group LLC, an Illinois limited-liability company doing business as "Roomloops" (referred to here as "Roomloops," "we," "our," or "us").

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@roomloops.comif you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The Service

Roomloops generates polished property videos from real-estate listing photos. You supply photos directly (upload) or by providing a URL to a publicly accessible listing on a supported platform (such as Airbnb, Realtor.com, Redfin, or Vrbo). Our software processes these photos and returns a video file you can download.

4. Automated processing, AI, and third-party services · disclosures

The Service uses automated and AI-assisted processing — including third-party infrastructure and service providers — to analyze the photos and listing information you submit, order and group them, add motion and transitions, and generate the finished video.Third-party providers process your content solely as necessary to provide the Service, subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The categories of providers we currently rely on (payment processing, hosting, storage, and automated/AI processing) are described in our Privacy Policy.

Generated output may contain automated or AI-generated elements. Output quality, timing, room labeling, ordering, and motion decisions are produced automatically and may vary or contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing every generated video before publishing or distributing it. We do not guarantee that any generated video is accurate, complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

We may add additional AI providers to generate or enhance images used in your videos in the future — for example, to create additional stills, upscale low-resolution photos, or produce supplementary visuals. Material changes to the categories of AI providers we rely on will be reflected in our Privacy Policy and its "Last updated" date.

Where the Service adds royalty-free background music or overlay graphics selected from our library, you receive a non-exclusive right to use those elements as embedded in your generated video, subject to these Terms.

5. Your content, your responsibility

"Your Content" means the photos, listing URLs, text, and any other materials you upload, submit, or link to through the Service. You retain all ownership rights you had in Your Content before using the Service.

By submitting Your Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to submit Your Content and to authorize its processing by the Service and by our third-party subprocessors.
  • Your Content does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, trade-secret, publicity, privacy, or other legal rights.
  • Any real-estate listing URL you submit is one you are authorized to reference and produce derivative video content from — for example, because you are the listing owner, host, agent, property manager, or their authorized representative.
  • Your Content does not contain personal information of third parties who have not consented to its collection and processing.

You grant Roomloops a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, transmit, process, and modify Your Content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you (for example, downloading and resizing images, running them through our analyzer, storing them during rendering, and delivering the finished video). This license ends when you delete Your Content, except to the extent we are legally required to retain it or must keep aggregated, anonymized statistics.

You — not Roomloops — are solely responsible for whether your use of photos, listings, or other materials complies with the terms of service of the sites they originate from and with applicable copyright and property-rights laws. If you scrape a listing you do not own or represent, or use photos you do not have rights to, that is a violation of these Terms and may also violate third-party rights or platform terms of service.

6. Our content

The Service, including all software, design, branding, and documentation (excluding Your Content), is owned by Roomloops and its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose during the term of your subscription or account.

7. Fees, credits, and subscriptions

The Service uses a credit-based model. Each generated video costs one credit. You may purchase credits as one-time packs ("PAYG") or receive a monthly allocation through a subscription. Current prices are shown on our pricing page and may change; changes do not affect subscriptions already in progress until renewal.

Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing period and expire at the end of that period if unused. Purchased PAYG credits do not expire.

All charges are processed by Stripe, Inc. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal linked from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access to features and any remaining period credits until then. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@roomloops.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our reasonable discretion if you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or if we are legally required to do so. If we terminate you for cause, no refund is owed for any unused credits or period balance.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.We do not warrant that AI-generated output will be error-free or that any specific room, feature, or property attribute will be identified, labeled, or presented accurately.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ROOMLOOPS OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Roomloops and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your Content; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy rights, or of any platform terms of service for a site from which you sourced photos or listings.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
